Yesterday, 17th of February, we were invited to our friends, Inger and Ingmar to celebrate our 36th mutual wedding anniversary.
Inger and Ingmar served up a very delicate dinner.
For starter we got prawn mousse.
The main course was a stew on wild boar and lots of other goodies.
For dessert Inger had made a crumble pie with pineapple, almond icing and on top of that a dollop of whipped cream.
Later in the evening we got coffee and “Budapest Gateau”.
Lots and lots of yummy food indeed =)
We had a very nice evening.
