A SAD DAY

Steffi
To day is a very sad day for me and my whole family. My father past away this afternoon at 3.30.
His loving dog, Steffi, also died this afternoon at 2.00 , so he got company on his journey.

Eva Dear,
I am so sorry to read about your loss. I loved your Dad and had utmost respect for him, both personally and professionally. He will be missed by all. What a wonderful photo of him! It is ironic that both he and Steffi should leave here on the same day and almost at the same hour. They will be a comfort for eachother. Please give your mother my love, and know that you all are in our thoughts and prayers during this very sad time.
